Three days out and Joe Scarborough is still whining
Well, three days after the election and we have good ole Joe Scarborough complaining about how Republicans don’t get good press. I am here to help Joe and his sinister looking eyes understand something about the press.
- If you are in a party that celebrates division and shady tactics, you will not get good press.
- If you shape policy that gives money to rich people and pisses on the poor, you will not get good press.
- If you think that Sarah Palin is smart enough to run the country and then deny reports about her incompetence, you won’t get good press.
- If you believe that it doesn’t matter what you know, as long as you are pro-life and pro-gun, you will not get good press.
Basically Joe, the press will cannibalize anyone who is stupid and tries to pass as smart. I am surprised that you don’t get sliced to ribbons, because you really say some stupid stuff. When you talk about the Republican party retooling, you need to really think about sweeping the wing-nuts and hardcore evangelicals under the rug. Running a campaign on pro-life and pro-gun issues is really dumb. The majority of the country is not into those topics anymore, and you will get bashed up if that is all you talk about. Also, your party needs to be a little less war hungry…it’s not smart.
Oh, and Joe, stop squinting you look really really bad!
