When Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama today on Meet the Press, he spoke of a photo essay he had seen and of one U.S. Army Specialist in particular. Colin Powell spoke about U.S. Army Specialist Kareem Rashad Sultan Kahn who was Muslim. Specialist Kahn was 14 years old on 9/11 and decided then that he would join the Army after he graduated high school. Specialist Kahn was a U.S. citizen as well as a practicing Muslim. Yes, there is such a thing although you wouldn’t know it if you listened to the views of some people in this country.
Love of one’s country has no religion here in America. Our troops represent all religions as well as those of no religion. That is one of the beauties of being an American or simply living in America. Conservatives want people to fear Muslims and believe that all Muslims are terrorists and foreigners. This is simply not true and is a completely close minded way of thinking.
Here a young man gave his life for his country, not for any religion. Specialist Kahn is a war hero and should be honored for his service and sacrifice along with all of the other service men and women who have lost their lives defending this country.
As we all have known for a while now, Sarah Palin and John McCain are racist. They have done a really good job of fighting the urge of showing it, but now Sarah Palin has come out on the attack. Here is the problem there, people in Alaska already know that she uses words like ‘Sambo’ and ‘Arctic Arabs’ when speaking about blacks and Aboriginal Alaskans. The subtle ‘he’s not like us’ theme has been all over their campaign, but now that they are behind, it is even more prevalent.
Let’s be honest about this analysis, the woman is a vindictive person. If you spend any time looking up information on her you will see countless articles about how she holds grudges and attacks all who question her. She also cheated on her husband with a close friend/business partner. No one talks about this because it is gutter politics.
I have chosen to be silent about this up until now, because McCain has been pretty quiet about this stuff. However, now that the gloves are off I have to put this out there. In this article, you will read about the racism that this woman holds dear to her. She is filth and I am sickened by the fact that black people think she likes them. Here is the transcript:
“So Sambo beat the bitch!”
This is how Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin described Barack Obama’s win over Hillary Clinton to political colleagues in a restaurant a few days after Obama locked up the Democratic Party presidential nomination.
According to Lucille, the waitress serving her table at the time and who asked that her last name not be used, Gov. Palin was eating lunch with five or six people when the subject of the Democrat’s primary battle came up. The governor, seemingly not caring that people at nearby tables would likely hear her, uttered the slur and then laughed loudly as her meal mates joined in appreciatively.
“It was kind of disgusting,” Lucille, who is part Aboriginal, said in a phone interview after admitting that she is frightened of being discovered telling folks in the “lower 48” about life near the North Pole.
